The history of today’s IB-IT Group began in 1991 with the founding of our first IT company. Since then, the business has continuously evolved, adapting its expertise to emerging technologies and changing client requirements.
In 2003, we relocated our company base to London. Our international outlook and work in demanding IT environments helped shape the next stage of development. In 2009, the company relocated to Germany, where we continued to expand our activities and services.
In 2019, the business was transformed into the IB-IT Group. The group brings together the specialized companies IB-IT Infrastructure, IB-IT Cabling, IB-IT Datacenter and IB-IT Development. Together, they cover interconnected areas of IT – from physical infrastructure and its implementation through datacenter operations to the development and long-term support of business-critical software.
Today, IB-IT Development focuses on IT consulting, the development and long-term support of business-critical enterprise applications, integrated IT and business services, and research into new technologies.
Through AIKI, we are also researching ways to preserve the knowledge embedded in existing enterprise software and make it accessible for controlled future development.
